Ordering your Panda Stix

Panda Stix can be bought direct from us and at garden shows- you get a discount when buying as little as ten of the same size. To place an order you can:

Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to 'Jonam Composites Ltd' and sent to the address above. If you would prefer to make an automated transfer through your internet banking or similar then this can also be arranged for regular orders.

We also now take most credit and debit cards. We are not up to full e-commerce yet as the choice is so complex but you can send your order payment, and delivery details by fax, snail-mail or give us your telephone number with your order by e-mail and we'll phone you back for card details or we can send you a Paypal invoice or you can make a PayPal payment to pandastix@ericthepanda.co.uk . Or simply telephone us on 01623 836625.

Postage and packing in the UK Mainland

We've had to increase our postage and packing costs due to increased charges from our couriers. Postage and packing is now £8 for the UK mainland for all orders under £50 and £4 for orders under £75 . Postage and packing is free for all orders over £75. We regret these price increases but we are trying to absorb as much of the costs as we can as it actually costs us £8.80 and we have kept all Panda Stix prices the same. Why not club together with your friends- we are quite happy to pack orders individually and then bundle them together for one fee shared between you all. You can also pick the Panda Stix up yourselves but do contact us first as the address below is the Panda Stix factory and we are not always there- we would hate for you to have a wasted journey. If you are only ordering a small amount and the package will be under 900mm long (a smidge under 3ft) then we may be able to send them by Royal Mail. Contact us for a quote.

Please ask for a quote for delivery elsewhere.

Weaim to dispatch goods the same day or certainly within 3 days by secure overnight carrier. However, sometimes suppliers particularly of the doodads can let us down so please allow up to 28 days for delivery although you can be assured that we are generally very much quicker and aim to get orders out within three days where possible. Just ask if you would ike us to let you know when your order will arrive.
