Panda Stix are much more robust than bamboo and can be bent far further before breaking making them much more versatile. We used our thin 7 foot panda stix to make a 4 foot or 4.5ft wide cloche frame.

 Make your own Panda Stix cloche frames

• Insert one end of your Panda Stix into the ground at least 6 inches.
• Taking great care, bend over and push the other end into the ground. Panda Stix are very springy so be careful that the ends are fully embedded before letting go otherwise it may spring back.
• Don’t bend it too far otherwise you will murder your Panda!
• Repeat with some more Panda Stix.
• Covers can be attached by fixing the re-usable eyelets to the cover and threading your Panda Stix through, by sewing a sleeve in your mesh or polythene etc, or simply threaded through the frame and taping on.

When you have finished with your cloche the Panda Stix can be removed and will go straight again for easy storage or for use as plant supports.

We recommend thin 7ft Panda Stix for cloches over 4ft and 4.5ft beds. Shorter Stix can be used for narrower beds but the cloche will have less height. Remember, if you bend too far you will murder your Panda!
